</div></div>Thanks George, its loaded a music CD and a shop-bought DVD which is a good<br>
sign, but its just refusing to load the blank DVD's.<br>

The annoying thing about these problems is it's just trial and error. Do you have another OS you can test it with? Lastly one thing that has fixed it for me before is cleaning outside of the disc and moving it slightly off middle in the drive tray.</div>
