Had a similar problem at work (again, a small wifi network < 15
devices) with a desktop Windows PC using WIFI. Solved by setting a
static IP.... But would prefer a more robust solution really.
We have a free TP-Link router from Utility Warehouse. Wondering
whether to buy a better router as the signal is pretty poor in some
rooms. We have a repeater to attempt to get signal to furthest
reaches, not sure if that's part of the problem. Some devices worked
when others wouldn't, and getting the non-working devices working left
the others w/o internet.
Never simple is it?
