Web searching reveals it points to 'apparmor' and a missing configuration file placed in the directory /etc/apparmor.d/libvirt/ but I cannot find any mention of setting this up.<br>
<br>
I am right up to date with my Ubuntu system and have reinstalled the software again and rebooted.<br>

$ sudo apt-get install --reinstall apparmor qemu-kvm libvirt-bin bridge-utils virtinst<br>
<br>
I am still searching but any help would be appreciated.<br>
