Hi All,

There is a "discussion" on the lug masters mailing list, concerning the Hull
lug archiving all the UK lug mailing lists into a semi public forum (requires
username and password...).

Although I have not logged in, I notice that they do in fact have an email
address registered with out mailing list so they are definitely receiving
messages sent to this list.

I am a little peeved that we weren't warned that they were doing this, however
given that we currently allow lug.org.uk to hold a completely open archive of
our mail I don't see it is to problematic.

Now the big question:

Is everyone happy for either of these archives exist?

We can close the one a lug.org.uk down / restrict it if people are happier
with that. I could remove the Hull email address from the list (many lugs
already have as they have no/restricted archives already) if that is deemed
appropriate.

What are peoples views?

Martyn
