On my xine skin theres a button that says DVB amoungst a load more like 
DVD, CD, etc

I don't have TV card or anything, but clicking on the buttons gives a 
message about no input plugin for MRL, (media recsource locator?), no 
channels.conf found. Might be a place to start...
