I'm a bit lazy, on my laptop, I wanted everyone with 'admin' group 
access to be able to sudo without password, so in my /etc/sudoers file 
(remember to edit with sudo visudo) I added the line :

%admin  ALL=NOPASSWD:ALL

Boosh.  Perhaps change 'admin' to 'adm' if that's what you use on your 
box ?  And make sure only the users you want to have sudo access are in 
that group.
