[Lincs] Updating member information

i on the other hand love to take credit for other peoples work... so 
untill everyone catches up and realises the coments are about the 
profiles page not the map (which i also didnt create) i will take the 
credit!

althouh there is no auto update procedure it can be done manually by 
either me or marc so if you email one of us directly with the changes we 
can make them for you
