[Lincs] Christmas is coming, the LUG is getting quiet

Ok, since there was clearly delivery issues, its getting a bit late now for
arranging something for christmas, and Kev is unavailable till the new year
i will look into what i can sort for sometime in january and give plenty of
notice to allow for a repeat of the delays
