[Lincs] Lincs LUG: relaunch?

Hi Becky,

I'm definitely all for a more active LUG. I joined this list in 2007 and
haven't really gotten to know anyone, unfortunately. I am in Skegness, but
should be able to make it to Lincoln every now and again. It would be great
to find some local linux users to chat to.
