Shell scripting, server monitoring, Apache and Tomcat configuration should be bread and butter for you, and bonus points will be awarded for experience with the likes of MySQL, PHP, Rails, Subversion, Linux Virtual Server, Confluence, MovableType and Wordpress. Experience architecting and administering virtualised hosting environments is also highly desirable.
