Hey all,

The question is as the subject line says, would you attend a LUG meet?

You may have read Paul's introduction in which he passed on a offer of
sponsorship from Bluefountain Systems. What I would like is to
arrange a LUG meet for in the near future.

First I want to check how many people would be interested in
attending, then Paul could you make the arrangements with
Bluefountain?

And to start yes I will be attending.

I'll be there if I can, but evenings and weekends are
pretty busy.

Hi,

Why don't we start off with a blow out and have a meeting around (say)
13th Dec. We can have a meet and then a beer or five to celebrate the
season (well, it's a good enough excuse).

Also gives time to arrange something. Who knows, Blue Fountain may even
do the main chunk. We can mull over problems, denounce Bill and jump
(prematurely) on the demise of MS ;-) Then beer.

I need numbers folks. Can we have this up on the website. If you can all
let me know by (say) the end of next week, I'll get in touch with Aidan
and do the do.

Beer does sound good.

A meeting? In real life? As in, without sitting at the computer and typing?
Whoow, that's a brand new concept for me.

Considering the fact that I've a good-for-nothin', lazy-ass
student...sure i'm game.
