My _proposal_ is "IL FORNO" (Italian restaurant at Duke Street, near to Sapporo). I spoke with management team about some discounts for us when we have meetings: and all our members have 10% discount for drinks & food ;-D

I haven't been there for years, but there are nights where they have
live music on - i played there a few times ;)
