Of particular interest is the section "Devices Based on Analogies
between Electromagnetic and Gravitational Fields".


A man called Edgar Fouche made claims that the US Air Force had
developed a craft called the TR-3B which makes use of anti-gravity
technology.  Here is an analysis of Fouche's claims by an electrical
engineer with a specialisation in electromagnetic theory, John Kooiman.
It cites the above paper.
