"offending institutions" - don't get me wrong, I love open source 
software, but isn't this the sort of language that makes its 
perpetrators sound nothing like the freedom loving guys and gals they 
are meant to be? Where is the offence in not promoting Open Source? I 
thought there was enough room for all of us - commercial, 
non-commercial, proprietary and open.
