[Liverpool] Android on a netbook

I know this has been brought up before. I've tried Android yesterday on
an Acer Aspire One (comes with dual boot option from factory). I was
less then impressed. Most operations were actually slower then in
BloatOS(tm) 7. I found it difficult to navigate between screens, or to
get out of various windows. I'm not sure what the reason is. Even
browsing the web on Firefox in Android was slower then using Firefox
under Made in Redmong(tm) 7.

I also really struggled to find any justification for Android on a
netbook. It wasn't faster, it didn't give me access to some type of app
which I can't get under another OS. I just couldn't think of any
distinct advantage. Oh - and lack of normal navigation aids (File->Close
or the cross in the corner) on a 10 inch display somehow did not seem an
advantage.

Just thought I'd mention it.

Sebastian
