[Liverpool] Android version and apps availability on the app market

Thanks to everybody who answered.

Anybody knows if the, effectively, system requirements for each app are 
accessible in some way? Is there a way to check what resolution, OS 
version etc. each app is expecting? Or is it a bit of "test and guess" 
kind of thing?
