[Liverpool] Media Server/Ampache

Yeah good idea Adrian. In the meantime I found this http://grooveshark.com/ and
I think that's what I was referring to. It's not Free Software though or
even close. Perhaps I had it mixed up in my mind with something else.
Ampache looks about the most popular FOSS solution to this problem.
