I was more concerned that they handed out future production and
current distribution to Farnell/RS and didn't even know that RS wasn't
going to start taking orders on first day. I think that indicates more
problems than just the odd website being heavily overloaded.

Thats what i'm hoping for. With the Eee i've got no further to go, at
least with the RPi the GPU could help out. Also clockspeed is not a
good indicator of overall performance.
