LIVERPOOL LUG

LOCATION: Liverpool Social Centre
DATE: Weds June 4th @ 7pm

Greetings one and all. Apologies for the lateness of this announcement
but tomorrow night, Weds June 4th, we'll have our monthly Liverpool
Linux User Group meeting at the Liverpool Social Centre from 7pm onwards.

This month our very own Sebastian Arcus will tell us of his adventures
with webcams, USB extension leads and buses, oh and Linux probably. In
a recap of his legendary 2011 talk about making a custom CCTV system
for buses using off the shelf equipment and Open Source software.

We will begin arriving from 7pm but the talk won't start till at least
7:30pm. So come along when you can.

The Liverpool Social Centre is located in the basement next to the
News From Nowhere book shop on Bold St in the Centre of town. There is
a door to the right of the shop entrance with a number of buzzers. You
need the one marked basement. If there are any problems email the list
as many of us will pick up the message right away on our phones and be
able to help.

There is a map and directions on the LSC website -
http://www.liverpoolsocialcentre.org/index.php/contact-us-find-us

After the meeting we will adjourn to the pub around 9pm. Probably
Shipping Forecast on Slater St.

Hope to see many of you there, all are welcome!

Dan
