[Liverpool] Potential Venue Change For Future Meetings

I'll cast my vote in and say I'm for the move from the LSC to DoES. As has
already been said, the facilities are much more in line with what we are
all about, but I think the number one reason for me is the access issue -
no more shall we have to wait outside for upwards of 30 mins whilst we all
wait for someone to open up the space!
