that's the problem:<br>i've been with virgin for a year perhaps, then moved house.<br>ordered a broadband with them - the site said my area (anfield) <br>is fully covered by cable.<br>On the installation date - nobody showed up (i wasted the whole day,
<br>waiting for them). then had to spend 20-30 pound on the phone <br>bill, trying to get through Indian/Pakistani call centres (premium nr's)<br>trying to speak to anybody who could tell me anything relevant.<br>only to find out that my area is not covered by cable!
<br>idiotism! so now i can't have virgin cable (which i was more than <br>happy with) and looking for alternative stuff. gonna wait for BT landline,<br>as Eclipse said - they do not work with virgin landlines.<br>it's £124 out of my student pocket :(
