Hi guys,

Thanks for all the suggestions. I should have been a bit more explicit
really.

It is me really who already provides all those services to a number of
small local businesses. Recently, one of my clients asked me, as part
of a business continuity plan, to provide them with one or more names
of local established businesses or individuals who could take over
after me - if anything would happen. The suggestion seems perfectly
reasonable - that is why I was looking for a consultancy or established
freelancer who could be contacted in case it is necessary. Sorry if it
sounded like an actual current opportunity.

I just thought maybe people on this list might be familiar with the
Linux landscape in Liverpool - and recommend some names to put on the
list. It would have to be a business or an individual trading for few
years already - as they are of course looking at some guarantees that
they will be around when needed.

I was wondering if anybody knows of some consultancy/business/freelance
person in Liverpool who does Linux (with Windows) network support. I'm
interested in something suitable for small businesses, networks of up
to 20 pc's, with mainly Samba, OpenVPN and some Asterisk on the server
side. Some setups are in simple workgroup mode, others are in domain
mode, with Samba being the PDC. Workstations would tend to be in
majority Windows boxes.
Many thanks for any pointers,
