<p>It is cool but Linus came out and said this was purely about numbers, in his sarcastic way. There's no major changes to speak of. He decided he wanted a bigger number one day.</p>
<p>I like it though. 20 years is a long time to get to 3.0, he could less conservative with the numbering hehe :P</p>
