Hi Tamas and welcome to LivLUG. I can only guess based on the absence of
replies that people on this mailing list haven't dealt with The Training
Room or networking certification courses in general. Myself personally,
although I cover network administration duties in my role, I haven't had
to take any network certifications, as I haven't found it to be
necessary in my particular line of work. In general what recruiters seem
to be asking more than certifications is actual experience - which, of
course, it is difficult to obtain without getting a networking role in
the first place! That is not to say the network certifications are not
worth doing, though. Good luck with your future endeavours!
