Afternoon All

As you can see from below I have been doing some digging about software
to help me out.

I have subscribed to the GNOME Accessability list so hope to soon get
some responses to my various queries.

However, I need some help from you guys .... Once I have got some
software to trial is there anyone who has a PC running GNOME who would
be willing to trial it for me? Offers ....

Hi Ian,

Sorry for the delay in answering this, I have just noticed it in one of
my email folders.

Although we had produced a preliminary test version of our XVI and
XVI-SB software for Linux, we have not pursued this course of
development any further. I have re-instated the XVIL link for your
information.

We do still sell our range of XVI and XVI-SB terminals however which can
be used with Linux workstations. These are listed on our web site.

There is some degree of support for speech and magnification with the
Gnome GUI available under Linux. Some info on this is at:

http://developer.gnome.org/projects/gap

Please contact me for more information.

Terry
