Hi,

I remember receiving from you two days ago a Malvern Digest that 
included help on this subject written by Andy Dixon.  It was me that 
asked the question originally.  At the time I was busy doing something 
else and did not take a hard copy.  Unfortunately the original appears 
to have disappeared from my computer and I would therefore appreciate it 
if you could repeat sent the original.
