[Malvern] ClamAV Results (Solved)

Please ignore the last, I have come up with a solution. It appears that clam logs infected files with the keyword "FOUND" so:

$ clamscan -r -l /home/stu/scan.txt /home/stu | grep FOUND

did the trick.
