Best USB headset I've come across is the Plantronics DSP 100.  As for an
actual handset .... sorry, no idea!

Those interested might like to know that PC-World gave me a full refund
on the Windows-only Linksys Skype phone.
I got the impression that the guys on the shop floor were all dedicated
to Microsoft,  there being no call for Linux.

So, it is back to reading the fabulous manual to find the best way forward.

Did someone say that there was a Gloucester-LUG member who could supply
a suitable Linux friendly phone instrument ?
