It's possible but tedious :)
	The best starting point is perhaps:

>From here you can find out what each speaker said in a debate (well its
actually a precis or condensed version, happily). You can search on a
topic or a member's name  and find their expressed views. 
   
The best way I've found so far is to go to the "V"s in the alpha list
that's Verbatim and Votes and go from there. I don't think the Patent
issue has been before the Parliament yet, it got postponed on Tuesday to
a later date.

 You can also find out how the members voted, but not in a simple
For/Against list. Each member likes to make a speech even when voting.
