[Nottingham] CMOS Checksum error

Hello

When I boot up I get the following message:-

CMOS checksum error - Defaults loaded.

What's causing this? And what can I do to prevent it? I would have thought that it shouldn't be anything to do with the battery as I only changed this in May.
