[Nottingham] Water Cooled?

When I was looking in to water cooling I was going to get this fanless
system http://www.quietpc.com/gb-en-gbp/products/watercooling/reserator1-v2 it
looked like it would do the job I needed with the least nosie. On the oil
submerged machine I have heard of a cooking oil which has been so refined
that its ability to transfer heat is the best in the world (sadly cant
remember the name of it) but it will cost you several hundred pounds an
ounce (yep it is not even measured in liquid measurement as its to
expensive).
