<DIV>I had problems getting Slack installed on on old Gateway 2000 laptop. it had like a 500M drive and the CD and floppy were swappable, but NOT hot swappable. So i had to make a little tiny fat partition and have it load dos. Then i had to copy zImage up to the little DOS partition and then use LoadLin to boot up the install disk image. It was a mess. Then the next struggle was getting a decent resolution in X. XF86Config was a pain. </DIV>

<DIV>Where are you running into problems?</DIV>

<DIV>Eventually I got it going, and it ran sweet. I had some fun on that little box. </DIV>
