I remember playing it on my 1st gen iPod nano. FLAC Support <3 shame it's only 2Gb. It's also a shame the iPod Linux project seems dead.

On Thu, Sep 8, 2011 at 9:51 AM, Rory Holland <rory@linux.com> wrote:
Why, yes.
How? I hear you ask.
Quite easy, says I; the power of Rockbox http://www.rockbox.org/
And it's not just Open, it's Free.

Rockbox is an alternative firmware for a whole host of devices and is
relatively trivial to install (heck, I can do it). Just read the
instructions first.
It adds support for OGG etc, although there can still be some
limitations imposed by device hardware.
It comes with some games and whilst simple, they are fun enough. Ones
such as Doom require extra ROM images/WAD files to be downloaded.

Note: There is a niggle with the 3.9 series on some devices (e.g. Sansa
E280) which causes it to drop USB, the 3.8 series is more stable in that
regard.
