it's a simple rotation, AFAIK, without incorrect transformations. If<br>
there are, it's because a previous toolkit I wrote has coding errors,<br>
which I'll accept is possible!<br><br></blockquote><div><br></div><div>Actually, your transformations are right - subject to wrapping the alphabet (non-case-sensitively), which my very quick & dirty spreadsheet based method of decoding it hadn't!</div>
