<p>Check out <a href="http://cougar-extreme.co.uk">cougar-extreme.co.uk</a>, they're a local company who custom build PC's with or without Windows. Sadly they don't offer the option of having Linux pre-installed, but we all know how to do that :-)</p>

<p>I've been very happy with the one I bought from them about 18 months ago.</p>
