I've managed to be able to get this to display be pressing one of the buttons and also close it. However, when it comes up by 'itself' I am unable to close it.<br><br>I've tried the following as suggested:<br><br>1) The buttons are on the front of the monitor and there is nothing pressing on them.<br><br>2) The video lead is tightened (by screws) into the socket at the back of the computer.<br><br>3) I believe that the video cable is firmly in place in the monitor as it can not be removed without taking the monitor apart.<br><br>4) (Surprisingly) When I unplug the monitor the display disappears leaving a message about checking the video cable.<br><br>5) (Thankfully) The
