Folks,

I'm looking to go personal cloudy and the various NAS boxes look to be
good hardware for a low power computer + x2 HDDs...

But... Is their installed software any good?
Can they be subverted with Linux + OwnCloud?

Anyone done that?

Indeed, anyone tried one of these:

NetGear ReadyNAS 102 (2 Bay) 1.2GHz 512MB

CPU Marvell® Armada 370 1.2GHz
Memory 512MB
Hot-swap HDDs
Gbit lan
USB & eSATA

(OK, so another one of those tempting 'special offers'... :-) )

Cheers,
Martin
