</span>In that case you might be interested in the Altera DE0-Nano-SoC<br>
Kit/Atlas-SoC Kit. It's an Altera FPGA with a hard ARM processor on<br>
chip. Runs Linux, but has FPGA capabilities. No display output, but it<br>
does have arduino compatible headers.<br>
