If something is scanned as a pdf, is is essentially an image wrapped
in pdf format so it can be read by a pdf reader. You can't select
any text. At work we embed png images for signatures in 'proper'
pdfs where the text is separate and have never had problems with
people reading them.<br>

So it sounds as if it's a reader issue ...<br>

BTW you might have a few years on me, but I regularly think I'm
getting too old for 'computer malarky', especially when I talk to
Vadim :) Sounds like we need a special LUG event !<br>
