Myself, personally, would love a bit of that sort of speeds.  I'm on 
(the same as) Telewest's setup and want more speed.   This is because 
I'm an IPTV whore and bittorrent user.

At about 500MiB an episode for the high-quality stuff (like Diggnation), 
which is released via bittorrent, such speeds make sense....
