Personally, I found summing myself up as a geek worked quite well! It's a
bit of humour and helps break the ice, and reaffirms your technical
abilities.

Just bear in mind to take that on a case-by-case basis; if you're being
interviewed by a panel of three mirthless suits then it may backfire.
