[Phpwm] wysiwig editor

I've always found Rich Text Editors in HTML to be unpredictable when  
pasting anything into them. I certainly haven't come across any. I  
think they work best when you just do your work straight into them  
rather than starting in Word and pasting.

Only things I can think of really are:

Export it from Word as HTML and then copy and paste the HTML (which  
will probably only work in IE)
Export it as a PDF and link to it from the page
Work straight in the editor.

I'm not aware of any other decent solutions, but I'm happy to be  
enlightened!
