[Phpwm] Which browser version?

IE - 6, 7, 8
Firefox - 3.6
Safari - 5
Chrome - Whatever the latest is, probably version 3483243 by now.

I need to create a new VM with IE9 on it for testing and upgrade for Firefox 4. I haven't bothered testing with FF4 yet because the Betas seemed to have a ton of rendering issues. With anything other than IE I don't bother testing anything other than the latest version because users of non-IE browsers are usually pretty good at upgrading to the latest.
