Google Charts is ok, but I dislike the inability to do anything interactive with it (or at least, that's how it was when I last checked it out!)

Personally I very much like and highly reccomend http://www.maani.us/xml_charts/ - XML/SWF Charts, extremely flexible, customisable and interactive. Plus as it's based on XML it can be deployed regardless of website architecture, and rendering in Flash means it can be used offline as well - both big plusses for me.
Google Charts is ok you can get some good results however we have
recently swapped to open flash charts which give some nice results but
beware the PHP bindings around it seem to be a work in progress and it
may take a little bit of code to get the results you want.

But work it in the end.
