Hello,<br>
About a year ago we had a talk on legal issues - I think it was a joint
event with a local linux group?<br>

Anyone remember or have contact details for the lawyer who was
talking? Or if you have a lawyer you'd recommend I'd like to know.<br>
<br>
Basically, I need to get an agreement drawn up with a client which
grants them a perpetual licence (or a sensible set of rights &
privileges) to the code I write for them, but not ownership. <br>
