[Rustington] another scam

Have just had a message from Jim Dunn, copied below:

Hi to all,

I have recently received a message from "PayPal" telling there is a 
problem and they have limited my account.

To my knowledge I have never used "PayPal" and I see this as a scam. 
There is a form with it as an attachment asking for more information, so 
they supposedly can resolve the problem

My Advice is to delete it without playing with it and any other type of 
message.
