For those of you interested in the Admin Application*I-NEX*, here are 
the install parameters ....

*sudo add-apt-repository ppa:nemh/gambas3**
**
**sudo add-apt-repository ppa:i-nex-development-team/daily**
**
**sudo apt-get-update**
**
**sudo apt-get install i-nex**
