<div><font face="Arial" size="2">Hi Jack,</font></div>
<div><font face="Arial" size="2"></font> </div>
<div><font face="Arial" size="2">I assume that you are talking about a wireless
network connection ?</font></div>
<div><font face="Arial" size="2"></font> </div>
<div><font face="Arial" size="2">I know it sounds silly, but have you checked
that wireless has not been accidentally turned off at the PC, this can
sometimes happen.</font></div>
<div><font face="Arial" size="2"></font> </div>
<div><font face="Arial" size="2">If wireless is enabled at the PC ... when you
RIGHT HAND mouse CLICK on the wireless icon on the top status bar, do you
see "Enable Networking" and "Enable Wireless" ticked ? If not tick both
boxes.</font></div>
<div><font face="Arial" size="2"></font> </div>
<div><font face="Arial" size="2">Then with a normal mouse click on the same icon do
you see your Wireless Router listed ?</font></div>
<div><font face="Arial" size="2"></font> </div>
<div><font face="Arial" size="2">If not then maybe the Router needs switching on or
off, but your Router is listed then double-click it and enter your WEP/WPA
security as required.</font></div>
<div><font face="Arial" size="2"></font> </div>
<div><font face="Arial" size="2">You should then connect.</font></div>
<div><font face="Arial" size="2"></font> </div>
<div><font face="Arial" size="2">I hope that this is helpful, cheers,</font></div>
