Hi Frank,<br>
I don't consider you have wasted our time ! We have had interesting
discussions over the past weeks, despite the lack of WiFi.<br>
I am hapy to "rest" our meetings until the Council install their
WiFi, but equally I will attend if everyone else wishes to continue
meeting.<br>
