According to the above post, Fetchmailconf is not included in the Fedora rpm. You will have to download the source for fetchmail from the homepage to get it to work. I could have put you on the wrong track here, it might be easier to simply fix the errors with the .fetchmailrc.

Hope that works anyway, otherwise i'm out of ideas.
